I find that getting a decent image in ICM is very difficult and so I appreciate yours. I generally like it as the colours are cool and movement adds a dynamic that I like. My only issue, if you don't mind me saying, is that one guy that's "buried" in the horizontal yellow light at the bottom right third. I find him distracting. Good on you for giving it a go and coming up with something that looks much better than the blurry mess that I always seem to come up with.
I still find ICM a little hard to get my head around. Some I like, but most I have to admit don't seem to appeal to me. Not sure yet what it is about the ones that I like that differentiate them from the others so it is hard for me to comment. I think in the ones I like it might be because there are some important elements that are mostly in focus. That's the case in this picture where the people are generally in focus. That said like Iggy I do find that one guy on the right a bit distracting.
In any case, to quote Iggy "I find that getting a decent image in ICM is very difficult and so I appreciate yours"....... and "looks much better than the blurry mess that I always seem to come up with" anytime I've tried it.,
The little guy on the right was a small thorn in my side. I took three other attempts of this shot as he was riding his hoover board, but only thing that is seen are the lights on the board, not him or the board.

I do like Markos ICM normally, but sorry mate, I must say this one looks like UCM (unintentional camera movement) to me as it doesn't add anything to the photo for me. Maybe if the movement was little more random it may be different
Cool idea
