    Do you soak the steel wool in anything or does it burn that easily?

    Burns very easily. You can actually light it with a 9V battery (have this in my camping gear) Once it is smoldering and you start spinning it around the light show begins!

    I've always wanted to try some in bicycle spokes at speed. That would be cool, but I expect there'd be a price to pay for a stunt like that.

    Would be super fun for the observer(s)....super cool idea (or warm if your the rider)
