The board compressed your image which is leaving it a bit soft. It looks like you met the 1029 pixel width option but may have exceeded the 325KB restriction. Fore more details visit this page: Filesize limits on this forum - upped to 325K - Need to resize your pictures?
That being said, it seems like a very nice simple portrait. I have a few suggestions on how I think it might be better though your vision and mind may differ.
