    Default The E Sisters No.1

I got to break in my EM-1 this weekend with two sisters that love playing 'model' as much as I love playing 'photographer'. The only acting experience they both have is in high school plays but they have a lot of fun acting in front of a camera like it was the stage in school. I called them the E sisters because both their names start with E. Being that the three of us are all non-professionals I'm happy with some of the decent 'snap shots' I managed to get. It was a lot of fun for the three of us. I will post more as I get them processed.

Love it Lorey. The setting is great and the colours and tones work for me.

    Sounds like a fun day.

I used to, and still do what I would call theatrical photography - and this is the same genre and well done. Love it as well.

Thanks all for the comments and likes. I really appreciate it. Marko, thanks for enlightenment on the genre. Didn't know exactly what to call it but that fits perfect.

EXCELLENT work Lorey! Love it. Lot of effort/thought in this shoot, and it shows.

Nicely done. I'd say you are doing an excellent job of "playing photographer". I'd say, in fact, that you simply are a photographer

Thanks HG and Iggy for you kind comments. Iggy, I find it very hard to come to terms calling myself a photographer. Mainly because I don't have the technical knowledge of photography that photographers have. I feel more comfortable saying I'm an artist that just uses a camera and I figure I'm just "playing around" with photography to try and achieve my artistic goal. But I appreciate the great compliment.
