Mail Delivery

Actually there are quite a few sled-dog operations in these parts. Very amazing mode of transport. My husbands friend does this for a living. At the last race he competed in he stated, "Sometimes I wonder if this is all worth it, for the stress, the exhaustion, etc, then when I get out there in the with just the sled, the dogs, and the vast wilderness and look around, It's like, Yes this is where it's at". A different world for sure.

Awesome. I had no idea that the mail could be delivered in this way. It is such a world away from where I live. Remind me to show you shots of kangaroo mail delivery sometime.

Now THAT I would love to see. They don't even need a mail pouch as they have one built in.
