This is a discussion on Freestyle within the People photography (portraits, sports etc.) forums, part of the Show your photo (Color) - Landscape & Nature (flowers, mountains, storms etc.) category; a few old ones where I have revisited the processing Freestyle by runmonty , on Flickr Freestyle by runmonty , ...
I remember these. Those are some great shots!!! I don't know if it just because I'm viewing on my phone, but they look a little over baked.

Fab set - Very nice comps and crops. I have to agree w/AT on the baked level being a bit high though.

Thanks for the feedback AT & Marko.
As mentioned they are an old set and they were only jpg captures (not raw) and were underexposed against the cloudy sky. They are very severe crops too. I think I was so pleased to salvage what I did with the processing.
for example this is what I was working with on shot 3
Now, after seeing what you were working with, these are great.

A painter takes their vision and makes it a reality. A photographer takes reality and makes it their vision.
Like AT my first thought was they looked a tad over baked. However after seeing what you had to work with .... great save.
Yup, sometimes you just have to work with what you can get. And boy, did you.
