The lighting and exposure works for me here. The face is overprocessed to my eye, especially in shot 1.

These are quite nice. I agree with you, she's an absolutely lovely lady. If she's feeling self conscious about her size (silly, but you can't tell them that!) you might want her to pose standing up and get her to turn kind of diagonally. This will minimize any size issues. Also, get back and zoom in. Go to 180mm or 200mm to compress and avoid the wide angles that do not flatter people.
