Only processing was about 5% crop and I cloned out a line of snot coming out her nose!

I love everything about the subject! My eye keeps getting drawn to the greens & bright spots in the background. I would love to see the greens toned down and not sure about the software you are using but the polarizing brush can tone down those highlights.
