    Iguanasan, the deadlift is most certainly a full body exercise. It starts with a hefty push from the legs, but using your entire back half, you move into the position I was in in the photo from a semi squat position.

    Oh, and as an aside, I totally obliterated a personal goal to deadlift my body weight before my wife delivers our little girl...(due in July)... My final set on Wednesday's workout, I pulled 265 off the floor for four clean reps! 6 pounds heavier than my last weigh in!
    Keep an eye on that 'Tools of the Trade' project thread in the assignments forum...I try to add new pictures often!

    Love it! The expression/moment captured, along with the gritty pp really works for this.

    A BIG congrats on the personal bests that you have recently achieved here also Justin.
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
