    The processing makes this look more mixed media than photography for me...but I like it just the same.

    Ya just have to love the gargoyle watching over the scene ... can you not see it: there will be an apparition and the baby will be snatched from Santa's hands .... great eye, JAS, and I sure hope you did not wake him up ....

    That the baby has its eyes open and is alert makes this picture. Perfect focus and the processing and vignetting make the scene seem surreal. The gargoyle is gravy on the surrealism. Excellent.

    Great moment captured here JAS. The processing really works for me and reminds me of the old Coca Cola Santa postcards that used to be around.

    It's a great shot. I like the colors produced by the post processing, but it looks just a little too washed out/bright on my screen.

    Thanks guys! I was trying for the look of an old illustration. QuietOne, the washed out look may be coming from the white vignetting.
