Re-enactments of battles from any era are fabulous. The devotion of the participants and the attention to every last detail is astounding to the observer. It is not a game to them. It looks like at least one member of Roger's Rangers were represented, but I could be wrong?

Anyway, I enjoyed the entire set.

Thanks Ed and Barefoot. I had a little talk with some of them and they are definitely a dedicated lot.

I second that, for sure. Great photo journalistic work.

Thanks Matt. I didn't think of it as photo journalistic, but I suppose it is.

Very interesting series Asnow, and very well shot.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

These are great. You have really captured the feel of the event. It certainly is theatrical.

I have always been intrigued by these re-enactments, and confess to not really understanding the obsession some people have with them. The again, who am I to judge - they probably cant understand why some people carry a camera everywhere they go.
I welcome all critique and comments on any of my photos
