Interesting character. I wouldn't have thought there'd be a big call for Mexican election fraud protests in Vancouver. I am guessing I'm way off in my assumption.

Nicely captured Michael. You definitely captured what their protest is about. I guess the mask is has the same symbolism as the one in the 'occupy' movement.

Iggy - I suspect that the west coast is much more in tune with the Mexican election than those of us in central or eastern Canada.

Thanks guys. Vancouver is a huge melting pot of world culture, I can't think of any culture that's not fairly well represented here. Asians are by far the largest immigrant group representing an estimated 43% of totals. I've witnessed many protests on these art gallery steps and it occurs to me they have invariably been ranting about the politics of Latin America. It's a cool city that way, cultures from all over...Kind of reminds me of "Mos Eisley" space port in "Star Wars"
