Caught these two people being silhouetted sitting on the rocks.
Nice mood. I think it works better with the colors of the sand and sea than being able to see the rocks and people in detail would.
I agree. nice catch

"You have to milk the cow quite a lot, and get plenty of milk to get a little cheese." Henri Cartier-Bresson from The Decisive Moment.
Thanks Q1, Bambi, and Marko. The original shot had the skyline of I guess Burlington in the background. It showed what they were looking at, but I cropped it down because I thought the background took away from the attention of the two people and perhaps added a little of mystery.
Nicely done. I like the difference in lighting with the silhouetted people and the brightness of that wave breaking on the beach.
good comp!

Very nice comp. on this Asnow.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
This kind of unusual with the silhouette of the rocks and people but still being able to see the foreshore. I'd be so tempted to blacken all the lower part of this photo.
Thanks Aub, Ed, HBG and MA
MA - I know it does look unusual, but they really were silhouetted as this picture with absolutely no processing shows. I didn't blacken the bottom part as I like the breaking wave. To me it kind af gives a leading line to the two people.
