    Good one Jas...Seems to me there must be only one company that makes those restaurant heat lamps because no matter where you go they're the same model everywhere Always it seems I'm behind that wall with my whole tech table plugged in to the same electrical circuit as the lamps being used for the foyer buffet

    Lol, Michael! That is so true. If we have bands or DJ's or a video display they always set them up in that area. Well, there is only a few supply houses so no doubt it they arre all about the same. Those things put out a ton of light too, hence the blowout on the cook.

    Marko, I think it was actually beef and lamb they were cutting that night.
