Looks like they are named after Simon Fraser .... I wonder if that is the same person as the University.is named after.

well done JAS, looks like the Pipe Major or Pipe Seargent is giving one the pipers a "tuning up", brings back memories - 3 of our 4 sons were highly active for years in the competitive pipe and drum scene (both solo and with various bands) here in Ontario.
