Uh oh! Well if you are going to be on the ground you might as well be comfortable. The bag is well padded, Iggy but I only had the one spare lens with me anyway.

Sit ups do work. With a fast enough shutter speed you don't see the minor tremors. When do we see the shot, JAS?
