    Default Steel Portrait

    Greetings guys

I know that this image doesn't exactly fit in with people portraits, but it is a portrait, so I apologize in advance if I have posted this in the wrong forum.

I keep working very hard on developing my portraiture photography. Lately, I've taken to photographing statues and trying to capture them from an interesting angle, or a flattering perspective. I think that my people portraits have improved because of this. Check out the site if you're curious or interested. I'd like to know what you think.

    Here's one for your consideration.

    Peace
    Peter

    Sorry about that oversight guys

The photo is now attached to the original post, as well as an additional one of the same sculpture below. Thanks for that Mad Aussie.

    Peace

I like that 1st shot. An interesting sculture. I wonder it is supposed to represent something? The battle between stress and tranquility within ones mind perhaps?

    Very nice Peter.

I have and still do study the work of Monte Zucker. If you want to learn good lighting and posing Monte was the man. You can learn and read some great articles on his website: montezucker.com

    Best to ya, Ernst

this is very interesting. I like the colour and clarity here. The angle is interesting here too.
