I really wish that piece of toast wasn't sticking out, but, lol, what can you do? This is the kid I work with. He has autism, and I do speech and occupational therapy with him; you'll probably see a lot more of him

Cute kid! Beautiful eyes. Other then the toast which is just a slice of life, (jimmy! and his puns are catching on) I would say that the crop on the chin is just a bit too close by a shred.
