Haiti and Humanitarian Agencies

I found this interesting article while searching info about Haiti. Seeing as it's the star studded gala fund raiser nite on TV. I always worry when I donate to humanitarian agencies where exactly the money goes and how much of it goes to the people who need it. I am a huge supporter of Medecins sans Frontiers/Doctors w/out Borders and Kiva.org but that is my personal opinion.
