I use the dutch version of Ebay (www.marktplaats.nl). It's a little different from the regular Ebay, but it works like a charm. Bought and selled quite a few items there...

Never bought from Amazon but would imagine that it's like Chapters so would be secure. when I buy on E-Bay I ALWAYS use Paypal. that way my purchase is protected. Saved me a huge hassle when I inadvertently bought pirated software.
