My new house folks....Told a buddy of mine a while back that I was entertaining the idea of buying a live aboard sailboat. So he's been diligently cruising the internet, sending me tons of links to used boats for sale. I realize the time is not now for this dream but fail to let my buddy know...Instead, I let him email links like a mad dog. I noticed though that the quality of the boats in his links was getting real close to "I'll pay you to haul it away" sort of stuff. Today marks a turning point
