My what big ears you have!

My cat loves to play with the laser light and will chase it for hours. The one I have is a small cylindrical device roughly three inches long purchased from Staples as I recall. The cat is sleeping on my bed...Oblivious to the world around her. I can pick up any object in this room and she won't move. If I pick up the laser device (no matter how carefully) she's awake NOW! Scanning the floor for the red light. That kind of hearing I wish I had. When the elevator door opens down the hall roughly thirty feet away from our front door, Mini will not budge but when the door opens and my GF steps out, the cat is at the frond door meowing. From the time the door opens until my GF opens the front door is about ten seconds. Mini is at the door in TWO That elevator door must open on this floor twenty to thirty times a day but mini only responds to one of those openings.

Ha! Ha! Animals are definitely smarter then we give them credit for. My pair of parrotlets weigh about an ounce each but have completely opposite personalities. They are each both sweet and manipulative at the same time; basically they are like owning four year olds with wings.
