Just a quick snap of our shopping spree yesterday. From left to right. Nikon D810, Nikon 70-200 f2.8, Nikon D750, and Nikon 24-70 f2.8. Now the fun begins. (you know everything screws on backwards on these things)

Gone to the dark side! Tasha would be proud, I'm all by myself now!
And ya they are backwards!!! Found that out with Tashas 610
Cool congrats! Looks awesome! What do you mean backwards?!!
Oh, and it looks like you are using the Carry Speed shoulder straps which I love because I have some issues with my back and neck and they really make carrying that heavy equipment a lot more comfortable.

Sorry Kev, but remember, resistance is futile, you will be assimilated. LOL!!!!! (eventually) Betch'a Tash is warming up to hers more and more everyday.
Yes JAS "backwards" as in the whole rest of the world, and 99% of all threads on bolts are, lefty loosey, righty tighty, as in unscrewing anything "normal" it unscrews counterclockwise. Just had to be the oddball in the bunch didn't they?
As for the straps, been using these for quite some time and love them. Hauling around a 500 f4L and a 300 f2.8L, attached to a 1D body, can be quite tiresome, and did that a lot, just over the shoulder, while out birding.

Wow you said the N word and dove right in welcome to the other side
Wow, I am amazed ... utterly amazed .... only two lenses??? Just a little hint, though, make sure you calibrate them, cause I found I had a bit of back focus trouble with all of my lenses. Now with the adjustment the 800 finally gets me excited. Could not get truly sharp images before.

Congrats HBG. Can't wait to see what you can do with those new toys.
A friend of mine here in Halifax is in the process of switching from Canon to Nikon. Interesting as it seems to be a trend. I hope you get what you want out of this gear.
Thanks all, and yes only the two lenses - SO fAR! Looking at a wide angle, but waiting to see what the Tamron 15-30 f2.8 pans out like. Also going to check into the new Sigma 150-600 when it gets here.
