More like a steam punk, I guess. Following the shutdowns working on General Electric's turbo-generators since '84. It was a lot more fun in the early days. Seven twelves are getting pretty hard on this old man.

I wish. Today's climate makes it kinda hard to get a camera out in the open I'm most facilities we frequent. I sneak a few now and then, though.

I have to be in Shiro, TX on Monday. I'd loose a boatload of money if I fly, but the prospect of a 16hr drive isn't very appealing. Either way, I'll be waving at AT as I go through (or over) Louisiana. When it's all said and done, I will have been there for only three days and have to be back in Nowheresville, AL on the fourth day. Like the song says…working myself to death.
