At What Point Does Inspiration Turn Into Copyright Infringement?
From what I can see they are not that similar.
This is just ludicrous! In no way do the pics look anything alike. Oh i'm sorry an arm was exteded and a fake backdrop was used! I better not shoot anymore someone might have taken a shot of a bird with it's wings extended and I might get sued! The person sueing isn't doing very well lately and needs a cash infushion!

This is just a money grab and a way to get media attention. People like Janine Gordon is all that is wrong with photography currently as far as copyright goes. The woman should hang her head in shame and go crawl back into the hole she climbed out of. What I actually think of her would not be fit to post on this forum.
