Hello from Northern California!

Hi everyone. I've been a podcast listener for several months now and thought it was time to join the forum. I've been around photography most of my life (my father was a commercial photographer and owned a lab), but just picked it up as a serious interest a few years ago. I'm pretty eclectic as regards subject matter, although most of what I shoot seems to be landscape and other nature images, plus the normal quota of family portraits, etc. Looking forward to learning and sharing what I know. I live & work near Oakland, Calif.
