    Default Hi from Bandit in Florida

    New to digital photography, use to use a minolta x-700 years ago with film but hoping to get into digital now. As a matter of fact, I don't have a camera yet, I've asked for a Nikon D80 from Santa . It was a toss up btw that and the Canon 30D but I hadn't listen to the comparison here so I chose the D80. I'm sure for me it will be more than capable based on the fact that I'm new.
    Just listening, trying to refresh my memory so I can jump right in and start off running when I do get the camera.
    I enjoy this site alot, podcast aren't real long and they contain alot of information.
    I'll get back on here once I'm actually in the digital world.
