    Came across this as I was reading Spiegel (German newspaper English edition), was unaware Sony had started this, posting for those interested in reading about it and they have photos from the Awards.

    Thanks for posting that link! There are some AWESOME photos in that gallery.

    Just curious and this is very personal of course - but of all of the 57 photographs which 3 do you like best for any reason?

    I'll tell you mine...39, 40, 45 with 39 being my favourite of all.

    unreal photography! thanks so much for sharing that link - very inspiring! Did you get a chance to look at the bottom of that page, and link to the unicef & world press gallerys as well? very nice photography... love it that lots is 'amatuer'.

    Only 3 eh lol, well just with a quick look at them again lets say 26,36 and 37. Although ask me in an hour I might choose differently. Like most of them, and would have a hard time judging but sure I could if I had to. Lots of great photos.

    I like your choices as well!
    Too bad the navigation sucks so bad on that site. I can't find the straight links to the images so i have to scroll 1 by 1 through the images.

    I wonder if I am allowed to just embed the images here as fair use: hmmmm.

    I would like to hear other opinions on what they interpret as fair use also. As far as those photos I have an opinion on whether or not you could use them under fair use but would like to hear what you and others think also. Might be an interesting topic. A wee bit late on a reply but missed yours lol.
