Where I can buy standard size picture frames?

Good evening everybody! I run in to the problem. Recently I got a Pixma 9500 and I never actually print or frame my pictures myself. I printed about 12 pictures and I want to get some standard frames for 13"X19" prints with maths and glass, does anyone knows a good place to go with? Metal frames are OK too. Thanks in advance!

The Michaels chain of craft stores have a wide variety of frames and sales almost every weekend. The also sell mats with them or separately so you can pick your own colour combinations.
