Need some help with film

After some catastrophic computer failure i am back! Hello friends!

So the other day i was rifling through a closet (looking for my remote shutter release) and a came across a 'new' camera, brushed of the dust and there it read 'Mamiya 645', o yes 2.8 lens, prism and medium format 120. sure enough i pressed the battery test, it was good so i fired up the meter and bam she works like new! So i traveled out to my closest photo shop and picked up some film. spent my very last dollars on 2 rolls of kodak porta 160VC and one roll of kodak B&W 400 CN.

I was able to get the film loaded and figured out how to use the camera, thank you internet. I really like this camera, DOF preview simple meter its so much fun, i think medium format made its way into my camera bag!

Would anyone like to recommend film? And were to get them? Also if anyone has any tips, suggestions or comments for the old mamiya, please do share!

Film is still easy to get in Canada and the U.S. 2 places offhand would be Vistek or Henry's in Toronto or BH in the states. There should also be a decent variety at most pro stores.

Film choice is very personal as many films have their own characteristics.
One bw film that I like for particular characteristics (good latitude and great grain) include Ilford Delta 3200 http://www.ilfordphoto.com/products/product.asp?n=10
I've used both kodak porta 160VC and kodak B&W 400 CN and I very much like both of them.

Developing the film may present additional challenges and you'll need a pro lab for this - check locally.

I'm a huge fan of all of the Ilford products. Load this beast with Ilford Pan F (50 ASA) and you've got an amazing setup for landscapes which will enlarge flawlessly to 16x20 or bigger!

Thanks for the help! I don't have any personal experience with medium format before this, so i don't have a preference quite yet, nor the bank to experiment. But thank you for pointing me in the right direction!

If you have a good lens and your focus is spot on you will be amazed by the sharpness.
