Default Selling photography in local businesses

I'm interested in selling fine art photographs in a few local businesses that have high amounts of traffic. (coffee shop, salons, etc.) One of the things I haven't been able to figure out is the collection of money from people who want to buy. It seems like it would be a bad idea to have the local business collect money in my behalf, first off there's always the issue of stealing and then that would be extra work they have to do. I'm curious how other photographers here have handled receiving payment for art displayed in business establishments.

Thanks for any information you can share.

The easy way out is a sticker. To purchase - go to www.galleryy.com

Best way to do it though....is let them take the money (and their cut, perhaps)...so impulse buyers can take it right away.
(If you are worried about the staff stealing from a sale with a clearly marked price....then I dare say it's not the most honourable establishment anyway....)

I've never had a problem collecting money. I've had my stuff hanging in coffee shops, restaurants, gift shops, etc. B est thing to do is keep a simple inventory list.
