Hey hi there i am new and would like to show my picture but do not know realy where to host them. shud i just creat a new website for it ?
and for picture of kids what would be the best background ?

Hi, welcome! For hosting, both Photobucket and Flickr are both free, easy to use image-hosting services which will allow direct linking. With respect to your question of backgrounds, pretty much anything which is homogenous, and softly focused (large aperture) will work. If you're out of doors, a hedge is a good choice. Inside, a plain wall or sheet will suffice. Just make sure to dress the children in contrasting colours, in other words, if using a hedge for a background, a green shirt wouldn't be the best choice.
