That is a pretty good one. Right now, I am trying to use the stadium lights of a local high school football stadium - pretty big stadium actually for a high school. They have these massive lights and there is a large empty parking lot on the backside, but stadium lights spill into it... it is a lighting paradise.. long shadows, bright light... I really want to get out and get some shots. I love light study and learning about cool ways to use it. I am trying to cut slats or use blinds to create that slatted light effect but I can't get it down yet... if you see something on DIY for that, let me know.
Just for clarification, you would like something like blinds that pivot and you can direct the lights? Are you looking for something portable?Vertical or horizontal? If you can give an better idea of what you I may be able to give you some suggestions.

Something very portable, for night time shooting in parking lots and safe alleys... I want blinds that I can control the amount of light.... anything available like this for daytime too?
I have seen something I think is like you want. I am meeting with the person who owns one tomorrow afternoon but we are doing an open model call so if we don't have the time tomorrow I will be seeing him all Sunday so I will get the info then. I think it is what your talking about, I might be wrong though. I should have the info by monday and see where it came from and can give a you a better description.
