Good Wild life Photography spots around Calgary

I am looking for some good Wild life and scenery Photography locations near Calgary. The less poeple and more wild life the better.
For Early October Hiking day trip.
Any thing froms birds ( chickadees ) to Moose .
I was thinking Sheep river area west of Turner Valley

There is wildlife everywhere but usually they see us first and you know the rest of the story. Deer are common in Carburn Park and are much more tame than at Fish Creek. At this time of year be careful of hunters in the foothills, I don't know the seasons but I know some are open. Patience is the key to most of these encounters and be prepared. Matt and myself are masters of having the cameras packed away when you chance upon a hawk, they are very patient birds and won't fly off until your camera is about to be raised in their direction. You might ask at the info centres where there are recent sightings. Study the habits of your intended animals so you know what habitat they like and when is the best time of the day to spot them.
