    Default Restrictive Zone - BP Oil Gush.

    New restrictive "safety" measures have been put in place to restrict any further recording/documenting of anything to do with the Gulf oil spill. Essentially you have to be farther away than 65 feet to document anything (birds, booms marshes, beaches etc.) having to do with the oil damage and efforts to cleanup...or lack thereof.

    If not you can face a $40K US fine.

    just heard that they actually recinded the law, but only for accrfedited journalists .... so the general public still has to stay back
