From the looks of it, the most popular program people use around here to classify (and do basic PP) is Lightroom.

Yes, I use Lr, but I've only touched the tip of the iceberg. I'm terribly bad at actually tagging and organizing. It's pathetic really. Recently I wrote myself a new workflow that forces me to tag, fix metadata and classify each shot as a pick or not. It's helped with new stuff, but my old stuff is still a mighty disaster.
