Keeping EXIF data

When I use Save for Web and Devices in CS3 I lose the EXIF data. Does anyone know how to use this feature but keep the EXIF data?

Isn't there a tick box in the popup box for that? I think you need to set the quality to 11 or 12 as well though. I haven't bothered to test this out though so not sure it works.
