The board slipped out of frame a little bit but i think it turned out pretty well

i don't think that the board slipping out of the frame is a huge problem, but it did seem as though there was a fair amount of camera noise in the sky

Nope, agree, there's nothing wrong with the board (or anything else) in the composition of this image. What is bothering me however is the skin tones. I suspect that your white balance is set just a little too warm. I recommend double-checking that and maybe doing some test shots on a person in bright sun just to tweak it a little; his skin is almost bright red/orange in spots.

All that aside, REALLY good capture!

this shot i had processed directly to cd, i did do a small amount of cropping to remove the top of some kids head at the bottom, other than that no
