This is a discussion on another skate photo within the Critiques forums, part of the Photography & Fine art photography category; really?? I suppose that could be argued but, I think the OP has done a great job showing perspective simply ...

    really?? I suppose that could be argued but, I think the OP has done a great job showing perspective simply by the angle. When I crudely clone out the tree (with my fingers) it still looks like he's way up... I just don't like how the tree hogs the center of the frame... maybe if it was left of frame...

    either way... just my

    I tried to get the tree out of the shot as best i could and the board in, but some times the trick doesnt happen right were you want it to. To get that angle i had to lay down on the ferature that he was tricking off and angle the camera (and my head, boy my heart got pumping) up underneath him as soon as he hit the air. I really impressed myself with this one!

    The trick was a hardflip if i remember correctly.

    and if you are anything like me, i bet you were more concerned about something bad happening to your camera than your face hey ?!

    O yes, luckily i shoot the same rider enough that i know when to curl up into the fetal position to protect my gear......my body heals lenses dont lol

    and the trick was a 3flip not a hardflip
