I find the background building in the distance a bit of a distraction .....
I agree with this. It's not a terrible distraction but it's the least interesting part of the image and it's right in the crosshairs. Both the sky and the icerocks are so much more interesting. I think had you lowered your perspective and shot upward a bit you could have eliminated the city and had the icerocks merge with the sky. Just a suggestion if a retake is possible easy.
