    Default Hi...

Very nice indeed.....but a wee bit soft and flat contrast level.

May I tweak it a little?

Indeed a bit dull. But nothing photoshop can't fix I recon. However, I'm also not very fond about the horizon dead in the middle. And the three poles in the water aren't adding to the picture. I'd have liked to see more sky probably. Because that's really nice!
Listen, three eyes, don't you try to outweird me, I get stranger things than you free with my breakfast cereal.

Easy to see what attracted you to this scene CCS ... that cloud and it's reflection are very strong.

I do find the posts a bit of a distraction rather than adding much to the shot and the water horizon is not level.

Something to consider when you fill your frame with what you wanted to shoot ... take a moment ... look at the elements in the photo and find anythign you don't want in there. Adjust your composition but zooming in or out, moving to a different location, or changing the angle you are shooting to exclude those things but keep the stuff you wanted in there.

Post processing could really lift this shot, so, like Tefnut there, I'd like permission to have a quick crack at it also.

    Default Tweak.....only a wee bit...

Hi.....this is a light tweak.....levels, saturation and sharpness. Like others, this image is under exposed about a stop...

I always assume that people post an image as they intend it to been seen as far as content and composition are concerned....so I don't generally make "surgical" suggestions unless asked....but others have made some good points there. Regards, Robert

Love the clouds..you'll soon see that I"m a total cloud freak.

Just an idea to throw out there the next time you see something like this and there are many elements going on that you don't want in the photo..try portrait. I've had nice results with shoreline, water and sky with the portrait layout.

I think the tweaked version is definitely an improvement. I'm with others on the poles being a distraction as they take up such a large part of the image, and for me its all about the cloud and reflection.
