Unfortunately this one does not work. When you crop the dark, underexposed, area at the bottom, the dead grey cloud area at the top and a little of the black area off the sides, there is little left to create any visual impact. One of the things one learns in landscape photography is being able to recognize in some cases that yes that is an interesting scene but it would not necessarily make an interesting photo. Skies by the way, despite great colour and sometimes clouds are not visually strong enough on their own to provide visual impact to a photo. The palm fronds are also a little soft too.
