    Welcome photofun1970

    Ohhh nice catch! I like how the leaves frame the eyes in a pleasing and non distracting way.

    To improve the shot further I might burn (darken) the cat's rump and tail so that it is less bright than the cat's face. It won't be possible to do this well IF that area is too clipped (washed out with zero detail). Also the eyes could be a wee bit sharper.

    Hope that helps - Marko

    Thanks Marko;

    I dodged and burned this and saw the problem with the rump. I used the layers technique but had no luck.

    I guess I need to keep a closer I on the histogram while shooting.

    Thanks for the feedback, Love your Podcasts.

    I like this. The cats colours really constrast with the green grass. Cats eyes are amazing aren't they? So many colours.

    Great capture - love the way how the blades of grass are framing the eyes!

    Nice framing, colors and sharpness of the cat's eyes.
