Louvre on sunglasses

I just need some feedback from you guys.
I wanna know if its a lost cause, and where should I improve next time.
I already see few mistakes, but I need advices from a more experienced person, than me
I will upload the original and the edited one, just to see where I could improve, what I did wrong, how did you see this photo.

It is not bad, I think the lower photo if you were to fix her skin tone and some minor colour corrections you might end up with a good photo.

i really like the lower one's sunglasses. i have difficulty getting past the nose though. the bluryness of it is too distracting to me since it is so noticeable and playing a 'supporting' role.... i think i would adjust my fstop to that i had the nose in focus as well as the sunglasses. form me.

the second, sepia, image looks interesting, the first one is way too simple

I've posted the first just to see how the original looks.
To give me some directions what filters looks best for that.
I've got a preset that show lots of details of the building in sunglasses, but I'm not happy with the skin tones.

A really interesting treatment and i like it. The skin tones are a bit off but in this case, with the treatment it does not bother me.

For me the blurry nose is the weakest part of the image as it's drawing attention to itself and doesn't 'help' the image. It's a distraction. Given the state of the blurriness, I'm not sure much can be done with this treatment but I learn plenty when people prove me wrong. It may have been better to crop out the nose during the shot...but that's hindsight. Hope that helps - Marko
