I'd say clone him out, but there is the risk if you do it wrong you could end up with two MAs and I don't think the world is ready for that

If I use the Nik Effects Pro MA filter, it looks pretty good! Seriously though, as genuine critique, my only comment would be that I think you have too much jetty in the image. Ideally I would like to see it extend only about half-way into the image; as it is, right now, my eye tends to travel from left to right, following it along the bottom of the image, without taking in too much of the top.
