The exposure and the colors are great, but the background is really distracting. You should have used am even lager apperture and, perhaps more effectively, a lower point of view.

Hmmm... I think the DoF is fine, but I would suggest a tighter crop on the flower-bloom. As mentioned above, there is a lot of distraction in the image.

Scorpio, I think its a good image. I dont really have a problem with it at all. The exposure is clearly perfect. Good choice with the DOF. I think it shows that its one beauty of many. I like the stems leading up to the flower itself.

Personally I find it good. The bee inside the flower is a completely different image really only possible with a macro lens.
