Dear All,
This is a shot I took over the weekend. My first wild life photography excerise. Awaiting the usual.

Quite the hatrack he's wearing isn't it? A nice image. Technically it's fine. Exposure and focus are both good. A couple of thoughts: A 3/4 profile is almost always more interesting than a head or side shot, but I fully understand you can't always get one of those. If possible, I think it would worth trying shots like these zooming in tighter on the head and maybe not including the whole body; let's face it, with those horns, and stripes, the head is a LOT more interesting than the rest of him.
Thanks tirediron. I will try Mr. Oryx to pause for a portraite next time around.
He is an impresive beast. Nice shot. TI has made some good suggestions.
