    I have my thoughts on this one but I'd like to get other's opinions if I may. I'm trying to see if my thoughts jive with groupthink

    Nice shot! Just needs a slight boost in contrast, sharpening and perhaps remove the spider web. Great background blur in this shot!

    IMO.. it seems a bit plain to me. The background is fantastic but the flower and it's composition in the photo just doesn't scream at me.

    Thanks for the feedback, everyone.

    I might try the Orton look if I can figure it out. Most of my editing has been pretty simple using Picasa. The Orton stuff will take a little more effort as I'll have to get better at using GIMP.
