you can try....but I'm not convinced it's possible to get the whole scene as you have it now with absolutely straight (unphotoshopped ) columns, without the use of a shift lens. (what architectural photographers use)
Your safest bet for the straightest lines is to keep your camera 100% straight on a tripod with a level. You cannot angle it up or down or left or right.
