I really like Image 1! It's looks brilliant!!Well done on the HDR.
I love the HDR treatment on shot one....it's subtle enough yet it makes the wheat in the front "pop"...![]()

I agree, the HDR is not over the top and works for me here. Perhaps some slight leveling might also help.

I love the first one but also really like the second. However the first one captures a lovely mood and I like how the wheat pops.
I agree about the levels, I thought about that myself but liked it how it was. will only need a touch change of levels, not much at all.
I Like the hdr version also. Agree with the levels.
I'd also adjust the white balance a little on the lower wheat section. But that's just me![]()
It's a great shot! Nice job!
